Form Handling Service

Please use this form to sign up for WebFormDesigner's form handling service. Read signup FAQ

When completed you will be forwarded to PayPal's website to process the $5 registration fee. This is a one-time payment - no further costs are involved. After payment, your account will be activated and you may use the service to process as many different forms as you wish, even from different websites, as long as they are all sent to the same email address.

Please ensure you enter a valid contact email address, as an email will be forwarded to you after payment detailing your form ID and log-in password. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours, please let us know. We recommend you use different email addresses for your contact address and your 'send-to' address so that if there is a problem delivering your form emails, we are still able to contact you.

Where to send your form data

Autoresponder
You can choose to send your user a brief email after they complete your form. This could be a simple thank you or acknowledgement. Leave blank if you don't want to use this.

Please enter the email address you want your autoresponder message to "come from" (if you leave this blank, the address you entered to send your data to will be used)
After your visitor has completed your form, you can redirect them to a thankyou page, your home page or some other URL.
