How quickly
will I receive my form ID?
Your form ID is
emailed to you immediately after you make payment of the $5 registration fee.
However, although the email is sent from us straight away, you should allow
a little time for it to reach you. If you don't receive it within a couple of
hours, let us know.
Why do
I have to pay the $5 registration fee?
The registration
fee helps offset the costs of running the service. In addition it discourages
those individuals who were attempting to use the form-to-email service for password
phishing and other fraudulent activities. Please also remember it is a one-time
cost - once registered, there are no further monthly fees or other payments
required - I hope you will consider $5 good value for money!
I filled
out the form, but there was a problem with PayPal
If this occurs and
you believe you have made payment but got no further, please email us straight
away with your payment details, and we will sort it out.
Why do you suggest two different email addresses?
We recommend you use different email addresses
for your contact email and your send-to email. This is because if there is a problem with your send-to
address and we are unable deliver your emails, we need a way to contact you.
