Form Handling Service

Please use this form to sign up for WebFormDesigner's form handling service. After signing up, you will receive an email containing your unique ID, which you enter into WebFormDesigner. When your user fills in a form on your website, our handler will recognise your ID, and email the contents of the form to you.

Autoresponder
You can choose to send your user a brief email after they complete your form. This could be a simple thank you or acknowledgement. Leave blank if you don't want to use this.
Autoresponder message: (max. 255 characters)
Please enter the email address you want your autoresponder message to "come from" (if you leave this blank, the address you entered to send your data to will be used)
After your visitor has completed your form, you can redirect them to a thankyou page, your home page or some other URL.
