Form Handling Service - Terms & Conditions

This page sets out the Terms & Conditions for using our free form-to-email, an extra service available to users of WebFormDesigner.

Description of Service
The Form Handling Service consists of one or more scripts running on our servers, that will take submitted form data and email it to the user of the service.

Requirements
To qualify to use this service, you agree to leave in place the link to WebFormDesigner that appears on each form.

Security Aspects
The form data is emailed to the correct recipient by means of a unique User ID which is embedded in the form data. The user's actual email address is not exposed at any point, and thus should in as much as is possible, protect them from 'email address harvesting' by spammers. Please be aware that while this action helps to limit unsolicited messages and other forms of email abuse, it is not an absolute guarantee of address privacy. Webmasters should use destination addresses or aliases normally designated for business use. If you do run into problems, please let us so we can examine if there are ways to end the abuse.

It should also be noted that email transmission such as offered is not a secure method, and sensitive data should never be submitted by this means. The user is prohibited especially from capturing and transmitting credit card numbers, bank account details and other such financial information. Any user found knowingly doing so will have their account immediately terminated.

You are solely responsible for the use of your accounts and the confidentiality of your password. webformdesigner.com stores only encrypted passwords. To reset your password, you must provide sufficient evidence of your identity. If you believe that your password has been misused or otherwise compromised, you should contact webformdesigner.com immediately so that access can be suspended and/or access permissions changed.

Reliability
Every effort will be made to ensure the service is available 24/7. However, as with any service, it may be subject to infrequent disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance requirements. Users are advised to offer their visitors additional, alternative ways to contact them.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use webformdesigner.com's form handling service for any illegal or otherwise prohibited purposes. Engaging in any of the following prohibited activities will be grounds for terminating your account and prohibiting your use of any services provided by webformdesigner.com. In addition, if you violate this provision, you agree to compensate webformdesigner.com for all damages it incurs as a result of your conduct, including but not limited to lost profits and damage to goodwill.

• Illegal Activity -- You expressly agree not to use webformdesigner.com in any manner that is prohibited by any law or regulation of any governing jurisdiction. You also expressly agree not to use webformdesigner.com to facilitate in the violation of any such law or regulation.
  
• Password Phishing -- You are prohibited from using webformdesigner.com's service on pages that appear to belong to another site, in an attempt to elicit the user's password for that site - also known as "phishing".
  
• Spamming -- You expressly agree not to use webformdesigner.com in connection with the sending or forwarding of any unsolicited email messages to anyone, whether for commercial purposes or not. You also expressly agree not to send or forward any unsolicited email messages from any other source, account or service which in any way suggests the use or involvement of webformdesigner.com.

WebFormDesigner's Suspension or Termination of Services
At its sole discretion, webformdesigner.com may suspend or terminate your account with webformdesigner.com and your use of any and all webformdesigner.com services for any duration and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, your prohibited use of webformdesigner.com for any purpose, webformdesigner.com's need to perform maintenance, improvement or any other services to the website, and in order for webformdesigner.com to safeguard the integrity of webformdesigner.com in any respect. In particular, emails forwarded to your account address that are frequently returned as undeliverable will cause the system to suspend your account.

If your webformdesigner.com account is dormant for any sixty day period, webformdesigner.com is entitled to, and may in its sole discretion, remove your account together with all data stored in connection with your webformdesigner.com account.

Users Termination of Account
You may at any time terminate your account with webformdesigner.com simply by ceasing to use it. Any activity on your account is taken to signify your continuing acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You are advised to email us to confirm cancellation.
